Highlights
2023-24:
- Ran a personal-best 300-meter time of 36.94 at the Youree Spence-Garcia Invite (Dec. 2), finishing in 10th. Also placed 9th in the 60-meter with a time of 7.09.
- Member of the 4x200-meter relay team that set a program-record at the Seahawk Shootout (Dec. 8) with a time of 1:30.66, finishing in second-place.
- Named ECC Track Athlete of the Week following his record-setting performance in the 60-meter (6.97) at the West Point Open (Jan. 6), finishing fifth overall.Â
- Won the 60-meter dash at the Collegeville Classic (Jan. 20) with a time of 6.99 seconds. Also placed fifth in the long jump with a personal-best leap of 6.60 meters.
2022-23:
- Set a program-record in the 60-meter dash at the Wagner Invite (Jan. 6), running a time of 7.06. Would later break the record with a time of 7.01 at the East Coast Conference Championship (Feb. 19), earning second-place and All-ECC First Team.
- Placed ninth in long jump with a distance of 6.30 meters at the Youree Spence-Garcia Invitational (Dec. 3).
- Ran to a 200-meter time of 23.23 to finish 26th at the Wagner Invite (Jan. 6).
- Placed 27th in the 300-meter at the Youree Spence-Garcia Invitational (Dec. 3) with a time of 38.09.
- Leapt 6.30-meters to finish ninth in the long jump at the Youree Spence-Garcia Invitational (Dec. 3).
- Won the 4x100-meter relay (44.47) at the Ursinus Invite (Mar. 25) to start outdoor season.
- Set a program-record in the long jump (6.52 meters) and 4x100-meter relay (43.32) at the Rampao Invite (Apr. 1).
- Won the 200-meter race at the ECC Championships (May 4), set a program-record in the 100-meter (10.88), and finished second in the long jump, earning three All-ECC First Team performances.
2021-22:
- Finished in first place in the 100-meter at the ECC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 8), with a time of 11.00
- Finished 8th in the long jump at the 2022 Lions Invitational (April 30), with a distance of 6.33 meters.
- Set a personal-record in long jump with a distance of 6.47 meters, good for 5th place at the ESU All American Meet (April 23).
- Placed 2nd at the Stockton Invite (March 26) in the 4x100-meter with a time of 44.29.
- Ran a time of 7.31 in the 60-meter at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic (Jan. 30) to place 12th.
- Finished 8th in the 4x400 at the Ramapo College Track & Field Opener (Jan. 21), with a time of 3:43.72.
- Was part of the 1600 sprint meter relay team that finished 10th at the Seahawk Shootout (Dec. 10) crossing the line in 3:53.22.
2020-21:
- Ran a personal-best 11.27 seconds in the 100-meter at the East Coast Conference Championship (May 1), finishing fifth.Â
- Earned All-Conference for finishing third in the long jump (6.20m) and was a member of the second-place 4x100-meter relay team (44.39).
- Ran a personal-best in the 200-meter (22.93) at the St. John's Invite (Apr. 16).Â
2019-20:
- Placed fifth in the 400-meter (54.34) and the Long Jump (5.94m) at the Towson Tiger Invite (Jan. 19).
- Finished fourth in the 600-meter at the Fastrack National Invite (Feb. 14) running a 7.21.
- Placed eighth in the 200-meter (22.94), ninth in the Long Jump (6.34m), and 10th in the 60-meter (7.17) at the ECC Championship (Feb. 22).
Prior to Molloy: Played four years of football, baseball, and ran four years of track at Mepham...Earned All-Conference in Track and All-County in baseball...Won the US Marine Corp Distinguished Athlete Award.Â
