2025-2026
  • Ran to personal-best's in the 1000-meter (2:42.01) and the 3000-meter (9:04.88), topping Division II competitors and taking third place in the 3000m at the Youree Spence-Garcia Invitational (Dec. 6).
  • Set a personal-best mile time of 4:23.59 at the Seahawk Shootout (Dec. 12), finishing in fifth-place and topping Division II competitors.
  • Ran to a third-place finish in the 5000-meter with a time of 15:32.98 at the Wagner Invitational (Jan. 17), topping Division II competitors. 
  • Ran to All-ECC Second Team in both the 5000-meter (15:59.32) and the 3000-meter (9:31.81) at the ECC Indoor Championship (Feb. 15).
  • Ran to a second-place finish in the 5000-meter at the Ramapo Invitational (Mar. 28), recording a time of 15:38.75. 
  • Ran to a personal-best 800-meter time of 2:07.57 while also finishing in sixth-place in the 1500-meter with a time of 4:10.68 at the Ursinus Springfest (Apr. 4).
  • Established a personal-best in the 5000-meter with a time of 15:24.78 at the Silfen Invitational (Apr. 10-11).
  • Finished in ninth-place in the 1500-meter at the Rider Invitational (Apr. 18), with a time of 4:09.94. 
  • Ran to All-ECC First Team in the 10000-meter (33:03.71)  and All-ECC Second Team in the 5000-meter (16:20.47) at the 2026 Outdoor ECC Championship (Apr. 30). 
2024-25
  • Opened the season at the Terrier Classic (Feb. 1) in both the 1500-meter (4:27.29) and mile (4:47.58) races.

2023-24
  • Debuted at the West Point Open (Jan. 6), running a 9:10.02 time in the 3000-meter.
  • Ran a personal-best mile (4:31.60) at the Spartan invitational (Jan. 12).
  • Ran a personal-best 5000-meter (15:39.44) at the Scarlet Knight Open (Feb. 2).
  • Ran a personal-best 3000-meter (9:06.01) at the Big Apple Invitational (Feb. 10).
  • Ran a personal-best 1500-meter (4:04.82) at the Rider Invitational (Apr. 20).
  • Was a member of the 4x800 relay team that ran a 8:33.92 which finished third at the ECC Outdoor Championship on May 2.
