2022-23:
  • Ran a personal best mile time of 4:42.69 at the Big Apple Invitational (Feb. 11).
  • Finished 23rd in the 3000-meter at the Wagner Invite (Jan. 6) with a time of 9:20.19. 
  • Won the steeplechase at TCNJ Invite (Apr. 8) with a time of 10:30.74.
  • Ran a personal-best time of 10:18.44 in the steeplechase at the ECC Championships (May 4) for All-ECC Second Team.

2021-22:
  • Ran a personal-record 9:31.03 in the 3000-meter at the Bill Ward Invitational (Dec. 4) to place 15th. 
  • Ran a personal-best 4:45.19 in the mile at the Wagner Invitational (Jan. 7) to place 31st.
  • Placed 7th in the DMR at the 2022 Spartan Invite (Jan. 14), running a time of 11:09.79.
  • Ran a personal-record 16:09.77 and placed 6th in the 5,000-meter at the Ramapo College Track & Field Opener (Jan. 21).
  • Finished 5th in the 3000-meter at the ECC Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 26) with a personal best time of 9:00.21.
  • Won the 3000-meter Steeplechase at the TCNJ Invitational (April 2) with a time of 10:40.54.
  • Finished third in the 3000-meter Steeplechase at the ESU All American Meet (April 23) with a time of 10:19.84.
  • Finished fourth in the 3000-meter Steeplechase at the ECC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 8), with a time of 10:22.37.
2020-21:
  • Placed second in the steeplechase at the East Coast Conference Championships (May 1), running a personal-best time of 10:19.15.
  • Ran a personal-best 16:20.63 in the 5000-meter at the St. John's Invitational (Apr. 16), placing second.
