  • Opened the season with a time of 9:11.60 in the 3000-meter at the West Point Open (Jan. 6).
  • Ran a personal-best in the 3000-meter (9:05.80) at the Scarlet Knight Open (Feb. 2).
  • Ran a personal-best in the 5000-meter (15:49.90) in which he placed second at the Wilton Wright Invitational (Apr. 6).
  • Ran a personal-best in the 1500-meter (4:14.81) at the Rider Invitational (Apr. 20).

2022-23:
  • Ran to a 26th-place time of 9:26.94 in the 3000-meter at the Wagner Invite (Jan. 6).
  • Finished 38th in the mile at the Beacon Invite (Dec. 10) with a time of 4:53.58.
  • ran to a 22nd-place time of 2:08:08 in the 800-meter at the Spartan Invitational (Jan. 13).
  • Finished 26th in the 300-meter with a time of 41.23 at the MLK Tribute Invite (Jan. 16).
  • Won the DMR at the East Coast Conference Championship (Feb. 19) with a time of 10:43.27.

2021-22: 
  • Finished 3rd in the 4x800 at the ECC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 8), with a time of 8:49.44.
  • Finished 41st in the 1500-meter at the 2022 Lions Invitational (April 30) with a time of 4:14.98.
  • Placed 7th in the 3000-meter at the ESU All American Meet (April 23) with a time of 9:17.86.
  • Finished 29th at the Ursinus College Outdoor Invitational (April 9) with a personal-record time of 4:19.82.
  • Ran a personal-record 2:11.79 and finished 26th in the 800-meter at the Ramapo College Track & Field Opener (Jan. 21).
  • Finished 7th in the DMR at the 2022 Spartan Invite (Jan. 14), running a time of 11:09.79.
  • Finished 14th in the Mile at the Seahawk Shootout (Dec. 10) running a time of 4:40.92.
  • Ran a 9:29.47 in the 3000-meter to place 14th at the Bill Ward Invitational (Dec. 4).
2020-21:
  • Ran a personal-best time (16:05.64) in the 5000-meter at the Icahn Invitational (Mar .20).
