  • Set a personal-best in the 3000-meter at the Seahawk Shootout (Dec. 13) with a time of 9:38.15.
  • Ran the mile race in a personal-best time of 4:35.35 at the Big Apple Invite (Feb. 8).
  • Set a personal-best in the 10,000-meter at the Ramapo Invitational (Mar. 28) with a time of 35:20.49.
  • Ran a season-best 1500-meter time of 4:22.47 at the Silfen Invite (Apr. 12).
  • Finished third in the 10,000-meter at the ECC Outdoor Championship (May 1) for All-ECC Second Team.
2023-24:
  • Ran a personal-best in the mile (4:48.98) at the Big Apple Invitational (Feb. 10).
