Another successful week in the books for the Lions as three members of the cardinal and white collected Player of the Week honors in their respective sports. For men's lacrosse, senior
Thomas Kofod was named Defensive Player of the Week, baseball saw junior
Charlie Imhof collect Player of the Week, and softball freshman
Skyler Secondino was tabbed the league's Rookie of the Week.

Kofod topped the defense in caused turnovers in both wins this week for #13 Molloy, putting up three or more caused turnovers and four or more ground balls in both contests. Kofod had four ground balls and three caused turnovers in an overtime win at Chestnut Hill before adding five ground balls and four caused turnovers to go with his first goal of the season at St. Thomas Aquinas.
Imhof was a catalyst in the heart of the Molloy lineup in a 4-0 week for the Lions. The junior hit .400, slugged .733 while collecting three multi-RBI games. It began Friday when Imhof collected two hits and two RBI. The weekend was highlighted in game one of a doubleheader Saturday afternoon, when the junior blasted a grand slam in the bottom of the eighth to break a 2-2 tie, putting the Lions up for good. The junior capped Saturday with three runs, two hits, and two RBI in game two. On the week, Imhof drove in eight runs, scored four times, walked twice, tripled, and homered.
Secondino went 1-1 in the circle this past week, throwing a complete game in the win against Bridgeport where she struck out two batters. The freshman struck out another two batters over six innings against Wilmington. At the plate, Secondino posted a .333 batting average, .667 slugging percentage, and .429 on base percentage. She recorded a double against Bridgeport and at Wilmington and drew one walk.
Basile improved to 8-2 on the season with two wins this week for #13 Molloy. The senior made 13 saves, including eight in an overtime victory at Chestnut Hill.
Green led with seven points on seven goals in a 2-0 week for #13 Molloy. The senior netted three goals in an overtime victory at Chestnut Hill in non-league play, adding a ground ball, before accounting for four of Molloy's 10 goals in an ECC victory over STAC, adding two more ground balls, to keep the Lions flawless in league play.
Welsh continued to thrive in Molloy's 4-0 week. The senior hit .471 (8-for-17), scored seven times, drove in two, doubled, and homered while slugging .706 and getting on base at a .526 clip. The senior fell a triple shy of the cycle on Friday, connected for his sixth home run of the season as part of a four-hit day where he scored three times and drove in two runs.
Charlwood picked up his first win of the season on Sunday, tossing five hitless innings allowing one unearned run while facing just four over the minimum.
Benasutti had a pair of hat tricks for the Lions this week, scoring three goals at #19 Mercy before adding another three against Daemen.
Wegel posted a .417 batting average this past week, recording a .917 slugging percentage and a .462 on base percentage on five hits and one walk. In game one of a doubleheader against Bridgeport, Wegel went 3-for-3 at the plate, all of which were doubles, and drove in one run. Against Wilmington, the sophomore hit her first career home run.
