Following the opening weekend of the 2026 fall season, the East Coast Conference announced the inaugural Weekly Awards with senior Hayden Riddle and sophomore Cesar Chavez earning Weekly Honor Roll honors. 

Chavez netted his first goal of the season in the Lions, 1-0, victory at Saint Anselm on Thursday (Aug. 27). The sophomore totaled three shots with two coming on target, to collect a 66.7 shots on goal percentage helping the Lions collect three points.

Riddle began the new campaign averaging four assists per set in the opening weekend for Molloy, including starting the season with 24 assists in a victory over Georgian Court. In three of the four matches for the cardinal and white, the senior shined matching a career high four service aces, including against second-ranked Tampa.
