The Division II Conference Commissioner's Association released the All-East Region teams for the 2026 season. Freshman Alyssa Bueno was selected to the Second Team as a utility player.

Bueno appeared in 35 games, earning 22 starts, splitting time between being the designated player and at second base. She held a .444 batting average and .505 on base percentage with 36 hits, five doubles, two triples, and 16 RBI. The freshman recorded a hit in 22 games, including nine multi-hit efforts and an 11-game hit streak. Bueno also recorded three hits in three contests and went a perfect 4-for-4 at the plate against Queens (Apr. 28). She drove in a run in 12 contests, and was named ECC Rookie of the Week (Apr. 20)
