Introducing Molloy:
  • The Lions competed at the Rider Invitational in a weekend that saw three program records fall for the women's team.
  • Sophomore Sophia Hines had a standout day, capturing two top-five finishes, one top-10, and a new program record. Hines recorded a leap of 11.56 meters in the triple jump, taking home second-place. The previous record, 11.38, was set by Hines just last season. Her afternoon also featured a time of 12.51 in the 100-meter for third-place as well as a sixth-place finish in the 200-meter at 25.61.
  • Graduate student Marie Naudus topped the podium in the 800-meter, topping all competitors with a time of 2:16.47. The time also shaved over two seconds off the record that Naudus herself set just two weeks ago.
  • The women's 4x800-meter relay team of freshman Martina Mileti, seniors Alaysia Cobb and Kathleen Healy, as well as Naudus took four seconds off the previous record time, running 9:52.32, good enough not just for a new program-record but for a first-place finish.
