The Lions wrapped up the indoor portion of the track and field schedule yesterday at the Fasttrack Last Chance Invitational hosted at the Ocean Breeze Track and Field Complex this afternoon. 

Graduate student Marie Naudus shattered her own program record in the mile, running the course in a time of 5:01.18 to take over four seconds off the previous record. Naudus placed second overall in the race and first in Division II competitors. 

Freshman Tricia Danso qualified for the finals in the 60-meter, taking sixth-place in the field of 26 with a time of 8.08. She also placed fifth in the 200-meter with a time of 26.33.

Personal-best times were also recorded by:

• Kathleen Healy (mile, 5:11.36)
• Carli Sheiffele (mile, 5:17.19)
• Gabriel Adimoolah (800-meter, 2:03.28)
• David Crews (200-meter, 22.69)
• James Nichol (3000-meter, 9:02.05)

Both programs will return to action for the outdoor portion of the season at the Purple and Gold Invite hosted by West Chester University at Tomlinson-Fillippo Field at Farrell Stadium.
