The women's lacrosse team will compete in the program's first-ever NCAA Tournament, earning an automatic qualifier spot in the East Regional after topping Mercy University, 15-13, yesterday. 

Molloy was seeded sixth in the tournament and will take on third-seeded Dominican University on Thursday (May 8) from Northwell Stadium in Pleasantville, N.Y. The winner of that match up will face second-seeded and host Pace University in the Second Round on May 10. The quarterfinals will be held on May 17 at the highest remaining seed before the final four teams standing compete in the Semifinal (May 22) and Final (May 24) from Kerr Stadium in Salem, Virginia.
