The East Coast Conference released the 2025 All-Conference teams, and six members of the cardinal and white were selected with postseason recognition.
Seniors
Megan Rugolo,
Sofia Quitoni, and
Carly Howell each were named All-ECC First Team. This is Rugolo's third-straight All-ECC First Team selection, earning the league's Attacker of the Year in 2023. She has appeared in all 16 contests Molloy has played in, and had 13 games with three or more points and 10 games of three or more goals. On the season, she put up 74 points on 50 goals and 24 assists to go with 69 draw controls, 31 ground balls, and 19 caused turnovers.The attacker was named the ECC's Offensive Player of the Week on two occasions and earned a spot on the ECC Weekly Honor Roll in four weeks.
Quitoni picks up her first All-Conference nod in her final season with the Lions. She tallied 39 points on 35 goals and four assists to go with 15 ground balls, 16 caused turnovers, and eight draw controls. The midfielder had three games of six or more points and appeared in 15 of Molloy's 16 games. In conference play, the senior recorded a career-high six goals at Roberts Wesleyan before matching those six goals and adding an assist to a career-high seven points against Mercy.
Howell garners her fourth-straight All-Conference selection, but her first year as a First Teamer. The senior has been a defensive force all season for the Lions. She appeared in all of Molloy's contests, leading the team with 44 ground balls and 39 caused turnovers while netting three points on two goals and an assist and picking up 12 draw controls. This season, she had seven games of three or more ground balls and three or more caused turnovers, including a career-best day against Daemen with eight ground balls and seven caused turnovers. She also set the new program record for career caused turnovers, entering the postseason with 106.

Alexa Amorison,
Brenna Signorelli, and
Reilly Brady were all tabbed to the All-Conference Second Team. This is Amorison's fourth-straight All-ECC Second Team selection. The attacker had a team-best 24 assists and totaled 40 points by adding 16 goals to go with 20 ground balls and eight caused turnovers.
Signorelli closes out her collegiate career with her first All-Conference tally. The midfielder ranked second on the team with 44 points on 36 goals and eight assists to go with 31 ground balls and seven caused turnovers. The senior had three or more goals in seven games and three or more points in 11 while also having three or more ground balls in six contests.
Brady earns her second All-ECC nod, being named to the First Team in 2023. The senior appeared in all 16 games at defense and totaled 16 ground balls, six caused turnovers, and eight draw controls. Through the season, she had six games with two or more ground balls and forced a turnover in six games.
