The East Coast Conference released its weekly awards for outdoor track and field, and three members of the cardinal and white earned positions on the Weekly Honor Roll for their performances last week.
Senior

The mark is currently third in the NCAA Division II East Region. He then set a Molloy record as part of the 4x400m relay, running the race in 3:20.72 to finish second in the field of 27.
On the women's side, junior
Kathleen Healy set a new Molloy record in the 5000m at the Ursinus Festival, finishing in 18:18.77. The mark was good for second in the field of 26 and puts the junior at the top of the NCAA Division II East Region in the event. Her time bests the Molloy record set just last week by teammate
Sabrina Spezia by over 10 full seconds.Â
Spezia set a record of her own, finishing second in the field of 59 in the 1500-meter. Her time of 4:50.55 is good for fourth in the NCAA Division II East Region and bested a Molloy program record that had been in effect for four years by nearly nine full seconds.Â
