Lawrenceville, N.J. - The outdoor track and field teams ran in the Rider Invite this weekend, hosted by Rider University.
The women's team continued to see success with senior
Sabrina Spezia setting yet another record, this time topping the 1500-meter time with a performance of 4:46.70. The senior then paired with senior
Megan Sohl, junior
Kathleen Healy, and freshman
Carli Sheiffele to establish a new record in the 4x800-meter at 9:57.82.
In total, the Lions' women's team saw 13 personal-best times set paired with another seven personal-bests from the men's squad. Those performances were:
