The Molloy Men's Rugby team took on USMMA this afternoon. Molloy struggled to match a physical and well drilled USMMA much of the afternoon.

The Lions would regain some confidence to close out the match up with courageous tackling from Billy Ratchek and bruising runs from David Smith and Sal Russo. Daniel Vidal showcased tremendous awareness and managed to score in only his second game of rugby. The day saw the debut of Jayden Wright, James Mooney, and Joshua Francois.

The Lion ruggers will look to build on this momentum as they welcome Seton Hall for the final home match of the season on Sunday (Oct. 6) at 3:00 p.m. from Cedar Creek Park.
