The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association released its recipients of its Team of the Week for the week of March 30 this afternoon with senior long stick midfielder
Thomas Kofod earning one of the 10 spots.
Kofod topped the defense in caused turnovers in both wins on the week for #13 Molloy, putting up three or more caused turnovers and four or more ground balls in both contests. The senior had four ground balls and three caused turnovers in an overtime win at Chestnut Hill before adding five ground balls and four caused turnovers to go with his first goal of the season at St. Thomas Aquinas.
Kofod was also selected the East Coast Conference Defensive Player of the Week for his performance last week.
