The East Coast Conference announced its All-Conference selections and major award winners for the 2025-26 bowling season. Senior
Emily Kulkarni was named to the First Team and sophomore
Michaela Palumbo was named to the Second Team.
As the only senior entering the East Coast Conference tournament, Kulkarni collects her second straight All-Conference First Team honor. The senior put together several standout performances on the lanes this season. At the Bud Whitman Memorial (Oct. 11), Kulkarni finished sixth in traditional play, averaging 187 for five games, The Golden Bear Invite (Nov. 1 – 2) saw the left-hander roll a 863 five-game series to place 18
th out of 63 bowlers in traditional play, and at the Northeast Roundup last week Kulkarni put together a 991 series with a 216 high-game to place eighth out of the field of 65.
Palumbo earns her first career Second Team nod after being selected to the Third Team in 2024-25. The sophomore took a leap forward this season sporting the cardinal and white. Palumbo began the season with a 15
th place finish at the Bud Whitman Memorial (Oct. 11) rolling a 879 five-game series to average 175.8. The sophomore rolled a 218 high-game en route to a 25
th place finish at the Garden State Classic (Nov. 21 – 23) and ended the regular season rolling her best five-game set, putting together a 928 series to average 185.6 at the Northeast Roundup (Mar. 14 – 15) to finish 14
th.
The Lions kick off the East Coast Conference Championship Friday, March 20 in Hackensack, N.J. as the third-seed.
