Colleen McCullagh was named Defensive Player of the Week and freshman
Chase Timberlake was selected as the league's Rookie of the Week. Additionally, seniors
Rosa Rizzitelli and
Sophia Yearwood, junior
Bryce Merchant, and sophomore
Dylan Kopp were selected to the Weekly Honor Roll.
McCullagh had a double-double with 19 points and 16 rebounds in Molloy's victory over Queens College to start 2026. Also had a steal and a block in 40 minutes without committing a foul.
Timberlake stuffed the stat sheet in Molloy's victory over Queens College on Saturday. The freshman totaled 17 points, tied a team-high five assists, and secured five rebounds while swiping two steals and collecting one block.
Rizzitelli had 17 points in Molloy's victory over Queens College, shooting 50 percent from the field. The senior scored 15 of the 17 points in the second half, including 10 in the third quarter. On the contest, she also led the team with four steals and added six assists.
Yearwood netted 21 points in Molloy's victory over Queens College. The senior shot just under 50 percent from the field and from long distance, hitting five three pointers in the first half.
Merchant helped lead the Lions to an 87-78 victory over Queens Saturday afternoon. The junior tallied 20 points on 75 percent shooting (9-of-12) and secured a team-high seven rebounds.
Kopp led all scorers against Queens on Saturday, totaling 22 points while shooting 9-of-15 from the floor.
