  • The cardinal and white stayed within five of the Wildcats through the seven-minute mark of the opening stanza, but the road team closed the half outscoring the Lions 22-10 setting the score, 50-33, Daemen heading into halftime.
  • The Lions would come within 13, 53-40, 2:12 into the second half after a pair of free throws from freshman Chase Timberlake, but that is as close as they would come as the Wildcats would go on to shoot 59 percent from the floor in the second stanza and complete the victory, 116-74.
