Following a successful season on the cross country course, the calendar turns to the 2025-2026 indoor track and field season. The Lions will debut on Saturday (Dec. 6) at the Youree Spence-Garcia Invitational, hosted by St. John's University at the Ocean Breeze facility on Staten Island, N.Y.
Prior to the season's start, the East Coast Conference released its preseason poll. The men's team earned 40 points and was predicted to finish in fifth-place in a field of nine while the women's team tallied 69 to place fifth in the field of 11. A season ago, both the men and the women earned a seventh-place finish at the East Coast Conference Indoor Championship. Molloy earned five All-Conference nods.

Christian Canela (400m, 4x400m),
Jason Ferguson (Triple Jump), and
James Nichol (10,000m); junior
Jurrel Hall (long jump, triple jump), and sophomores
Raymar Duncan (400m, 4x400m) and
Michael Jones (200m, 4x400m). The women's team returns All-Conference performers in seniors
Alaysia Cobb (4x400 m) and
Kathleen Healy (10,000m, 4x800m); junior
Marygrace Coll (triple jump), and sophomores
Kameryn Drakes (4x100m),
Sophia Hines (100m, 4x100m),
Julianna Roan (4x100m), and
Carli Sheiffele (steeplechase, 4x800m).
Both squads feature a number of new members and total 34 on the men's squad and 28 on the women's. New to the Lions on the women's side are freshmen

Myles Small.
Molloy will begin the 2025-2026 campaign locally, competing at Ocean Breeze in each of the first two weeks, at the Youree Spence-Garcia Invitational and the Seahawk Shootout (Dec. 12). The Lions are back at Ocean Breeze for the Spartan Invitational (Jan. 9). The 2025-2026 ECC Indoor Track and Field Championship is scheduled for Sunday, February 15 at Ocean Breeze.
