Staten Island, N.Y. - Members of the Molloy men's and women's track teams competed at the Fasttrack Last Chance Qualifier meet at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Facility for the final indoor meet of the season.
On the women's side, senior
Kristi Ackerina ran to a new personal-best in the 3000-meter, running a sixth-place time of 10:55.17.Â
On the men's side, sophomore
Matt Floyd placed second in the 1000-meter, running a personal-best time of 2:341.88. Sophomore
Aiden Watson also had a top-five finish in the mile, running a personal-best time of 4:23.61. He was joined by freshman Matthew Rathje, who ran a personal-best time of 4:58.18.
Molloy's performances were rounded out by a personal-best from freshman
James Nichol in the 800-meter with a time of 2:04.94.
