Box Score Rockville Centre, N.Y. – The tennis team was blanked by undefeated New York Institute of Technology, 7-0, at Hempstead Lake Indoor Tennis earlier this afternoon. The loss sets the Lions at 2-4 on the season and 1-3 in East Coast Conference play.

Junior Montaine Le Goupil-Maier won three sets in her second game at first singles while the top doubles tandem of graduate student Danielle Bloecker and senior Megan Scali took two sets in their doubles contest.

Molloy steps out of conference play next Friday (Oct. 12) as they head to Post University. The match is slated for 3:00 p.m.
