Box Score Rockville Centre, N.Y. – The women's tennis team fell, 7-0 to Queens College, in the final home game of the 2018 season. Molloy sits at 2-5 on the campaign and 1-4 in East Coast Conference play with the loss. Prior to the match, the team celebrated its three seniors,

Megan Scali in a Senior Day ceremony.
Juniors
Samantha Bloecker and
Montaine Le Goupil Maier each picked up game victories in both of their singles competition. Le Goupil Maier fell, 6-1, 6-1 in first singles while Bloecker was defeated, 6-2, 6-1 in fifth singles.
The tandem paired at second doubles, falling 6-2.
"We knew Queens would be a tough contest for us today," explained head coach
Brendan Caputo. "Unfortunately, scores don't always show effort, but our ladies showed incredible focus and persistence. We are excited for our final regular season road trip next weekend and are looking forward to showing our best stuff."
Molloy heads to Daemen College on Friday (Oct. 19) at 4:00 p.m.
