Box Score Hempstead, N.Y. (Sept. 30, 2017) - The women's tennis team fell in conference play to Saint Thomas Aquinas College, 9-0, earlier this afternoon at Hempstead Lake Indoor Tennis. 

Sophomore Montaine Le Goupil-Maier (Oceanside, N.Y.) and graduate student Amanda Gaimaro (Lynbrook, N.Y.) battled in an 8-4 loss in doubles play before Le Goupil-Maier played to a 4-6, 3-6 singles contest in the closest games for the Lions. 

The team steps out of conference on Wednesday (Oct. 4) as they head to take on Concordia (N.Y.)
