2014-15: All-ECC First-Team performer in the 5,000-meter run ... All-ECC Second-Team representative in the 3,000-meter run and the 4 x 800-meter relay ... runner-up finish in the 3,000-meter run at the St. John's-Bill Ward meet on Dec. 8 with a time of 9:00.20 ... part of the winning 4 x 800-meter relay at the St. Joseph's Winter Invitational (Jan. 17, 8:39.24), also taking fourth-place in the 3,000-meter run at the same meet in a time of 9:41.49 ... part of the winning distance medley relay team (10:49.07) at the Molloy Lions Invitational on Feb. 13 ... at the East Coast Conference Championships on Feb. 21, claimed runner-up finishes in the 4 x 800-meter relay (8:34.58) as well as the 5,000-meter run (16:04.05) and also finished fourth in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 9:20.28.

2013-14: All-ECC First-Team performer as part of the conference champion distance medley relay unit ... finished second in the 4 x 800-meter run (8:13.23) as well as posting a fourth-place mile time of 4:39.93 at the ESU DeSchriver Invitational on Feb. 2 ... ran second with the 4 x 800-meter relay (8:23.19) and broke the program record in winning the distance medley relay (10:45.29) at the Molloy Lions Invite on Feb. 14 ... at the East Coast Conference Championships on Feb. 22, placed sixth in the 3000-meter run (9:24.82) and won the distance medley relay (11:20.55).

2012-13: All-ECC First-Team representative as part of the 4 x 800-meter relay team ... All-ECC Second-Team runner in the Mile ... placed fourth as part of the distance medley relay (10:53.79) at the CTC Relay Carnival on Dec. 2 ... claimed victory in the DMR at the Molloy College Lions Invitational (Feb. 15) with a total team time of 11:41.07 ... ECC champion member of the 4 x 800-meter (8:20.77) victors at the East Coast Conference Championships on Feb. 23, placing fourth in the mile run with a time of 4:41.26.

Prior to Molloy: Ran for the cross country and track and field programs at Wantagh High School…Specialized in long distance events for theWarriors.
