2015-16: ECC Champion in the mile run (4:18.05) and 800-meter run (1:58.44), earning himself All-ECC First Team distinction … won the 800-meter race in a time of 2:00.13 at the Bill Ward Invitational on Dec. 8 … placed fourth (1:58.24) in the 800-meters at the Villanova Open (Jan. 8) … runner-up finish in the 1000-meter race with a time of 2:35.42 at the DeSchriver Invitational on Feb. 6.

2014-15: All-ECC First-Team performer by virtue of his runner-up finish in the 800-meter race (2:01.5) at the East Coast Conference Championships on Feb. 21 ... All-ECC Second-Team performer by virtue of his runner-up finish in the 4 x 800-meter relay (8:34.6) and his third-place run in the mile (4:33.3) at the conference championship meet ... took third in the 3,000-meter race (9:15.7) at the Bill Ward Invitational on Dec. 8 ... won both the individual 800-meter race (2:00.3) and the 4 x 800-meter run (8:39.2) at the St. Joseph's Winter Invitational on Jan. 17 ... finished second in the mile (4:27.5) at the DeSchriver College Invitational on Feb. 7 ... at the Molloy Lions Invite (Feb. 13), finished second in the mile (4:28.6) and was part of the winning distance medley relay team (10:49.1).

2013-14: Took fourth in the mile run with a time of 4:33.8 at the Bill Ward Invitational (Dec. 6) ... ran a season-best 4:20.1 in the mile run at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Invitational (Jan. 24-25) ... was fourth in the mile (4:38.5) at the ESU DeSchriver Invitational on Feb. 2 and also was part of the runners-up in the 4 x 800-meter relay race (8:13.2) ... part of the winning distance medley relay (10:45.3) and the second-place 4 x 800-meter team (8:23.2) at the Molloy Lions Invite (Feb. 14) ... was fifth in the mile (4:29.6), third in the 4 x 800-meter relay (8:14.1) and seventh in the 800-meter race (2:05.6) at the East Coast Conference Championships on Feb. 22.

2012-13: All-ECC First-Team performer by virtue of his representation on the winning 4 x 800-meter relay unit (8:20.8) at the East Coast Conference Championships on Feb. 23 ... All-ECC Second-Team distinction for his third-place run in the mile, clocking a time of 4:39.4 at the conference championship meet ... was sixth as part of the 4 x 800-meter run (8:36.2) and fourth as part of the distance medley relay (10:53.8) at the CTC Relay Carnival (Dec. 2) ... ran ninth in the mile with a time of 4:33.1 at the Army Crowell Open on Jan. 5 ... took a fifth-place finish in the mile run (4:38.1) at the ESU DeSchriver Indoor Invitational on Feb. 2 ... was part of the third-place 4 x 400-meter relay team (3:33.2) and the winning distance medley relay squad (11:41.1) at the Molloy College Lions Invitational (Feb. 15).
