2015-16: All-ECC First-Team accolades after finish second in the triple jump at the ECC Championships on Feb. 26, equaling his distance (12.53m) from the previous season ... placed sixth in the triple jump with a leap of 12.77 meters at the Molloy Lions Invitational on Feb. 12.

2014-15: All-ECC Second-Team distinction for a fourth-place finish in the triple jump (12.53m) at the ECC Championships on Feb. 21 ... took fifth in the 4 x 400-meter relay (3:41.4), sixth in the 4 x 200-meter relay (1:37.5) and seventh in the 400-meter dash (55.04) at the conference championship meet as well ... ran a season-best 54.98 in the 400-meter race at the DeSchriver College Invitational on Feb. 7.

2013-14: Was a three-time All-ECC Second-Team performer by virtue of high finishes at the ECC Championships on Feb. 22 ... was part of the runners-up in the 4 x 400-meter relay (3:33.6), finished third in the triple jump (12.82-meters) and fourth in the long jump (6.59-meters) ... began his season at the Bill Ward Invitational on Dec. 6 with a second-place finish in the long jump (6.21m), a third-place showing in the triple jump (12.70m) and a fourth-place showcase in the 4 x 400-meter relay (3:35.4).

2012-13: Took home five All-Conference accolades at the ECC Championships on Feb. 23 ... was a First-Team All-ECC performer in the triple jump, finishing second with a 12.97-meter standing ... took four All-ECC Second-Team distinctions in the long jump (third, 6.32-meters); 4 x 400-meter relay (second, 3:31.8), 4 x 200-meter relay (second, 1:38.4) and the 400-meter run (fourth, 53.05, personal best).

Prior to Molloy: Attended Walter G.O’Connell High School…Competed for the varsity cross country team and track teams…Claimed the Coaches’ Award in his sophomore and junior seasons and was All-County in the long jump during his senior season.
