2015-16: 13^th in mile run (4:37.05) at DeSchriver Invitational on Feb. 6 … placed ninth in the mile (4:47.83) at the Molloy Lions Invitational on Feb. 12.

2014-15: All-ECC Second-Team performer by virtue of a fourth-place run in the mile (4:40.3) and a second-place effort in the 4 x 800-meter relay (8:34.6) at the conference championships on Feb. 21 ... ran fourth in the mile at the St. Joseph's Winter Invite on Jan. 17 (4:40.7) and was part of the winning 4 x 800-meter relay squad at the same meet (8:39.2) ... took part in the fourth-place distance medley relay squad (11:30.7) at the Molloy Lions Invitational (Feb. 13).

2013-14: All-ECC First-Team performer as part of the distance medley relay unit that took first place at the ECC Championships on Feb. 22 in a time of 11:20.5 ... finished sixth with the 4 x 800-meter relay squad (9:00.1) at the ESU DeSchriver Invitational on Feb. 2 ... ran fifth at the ECC Championships in the 1,000-meter race (2:55.0) and was part of the third-place 4 x 800-meter relay squad that ran an 8:14.1 relay.

2012-13: Was part of the eighth-place 4 x 400-meter relay (4:38.5) at the CTC Relay Carnival on Dec. 2 ... placed sixth in the 4 x 800-meter relay (9:32.9) at the Molloy College Lions Invitational (Feb. 15) ... was part of the third-place distance medley relay crew at the East Coast Conference Championships on Feb. 23, finishing in a time of 12:03.5.

Prior to Molloy: Three-year varsity runner at Archbishop Molloy High School…Aided the Lions incapturing a Brooklyn-Queens Championship for three-consecutive seasons...Dubbed a Student-Athlete in 2012.
