College Sports Communicators released the final Academic All-District teams of the 2025-26 year and eight members of the cardinal and white were designated with the honor. To be considered, student-athletes of sophomore status or higher must have a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher and have ranked in the top-50 in their region in one or more events this past season. 

Representing Molloy on the list were: Gabriel Adimoolah (criminal justice), Peter Bagattine (accounting), Christian Canela (biology), Kathleen Healy (accounting), Sophia Hines (nursing), Marie Naudus (literacy), James Nichol (finance), and Carli Sheiffele (nursing). This is the third-straight year that both Canela and Healy have received the recognition in their time with the Lions.
