2025:  
  • Opened the season running a 18:30.8 in the 5k at the University of Hartford XC Invitational (Sept. 6).
2024:
  • Ran an 8k time of 28:21.5 at the Golden Eagle Invitational (Sept. 21), finishing 25th overall and helping Molloy to a second-place team finish at the meet.
  • Set a personal-best in the 8k at the NJIT Highlander Challenge (Oct. 12) at 27:55.9.
  • Ran a personal-best 10k time of 35:01.8 at the NCAA East Regional Championship (Nov. 9).
2023:
  • Ran a race of 29:14.3 at the Adelphi Panthers XC Classic (Sept. 1)

2022:
  • Ran a PR 28:23.4 at the Paul Short Run (Sept. 30).
  • Crossed the line in 50th at the NJIT Highlander XC Challenge (Oct. 8) with a time of 28:57.0.
  • Completed the East Coast Conference Championship (Nov. 5) running 30:43.7.

Prior to Molloy: Ran three years of indoor track, two years of cross country, and two years of outdoor track at Amity Regional High School...Won the Indoor Track SCC Sectional Championship in 2021-22.
