Louisville, Ky.- The National Fastpitch Coaches Association released its academic awards for the 2024-25 academic year this afternoon, and the Molloy University softball team earned national recognition as one of the top academic performers in Division II, ranking seventh in the nation with a team GPA of 3.747. Molloy was one of two programs from the East Region within the top-10.
 
13 members of the cardinal and white were recognized as All-American Scholar-Athletes, awarded to those who achieved a GPA of 3.5 of higher for the 2024-25 academic year: Mariah Cepeda (biology), Stevie Dabbadie (finance), Cheralyn Dusharme (marketing), Madison Gangi (biology), Casey Kissinger (nursing), Emily McGurk (criminal justice), Madeline Millman (biology), Alexis Montgomery (marketing), Natalie Moussa (biology pre-med), Amaya Page (biology), Mae Savage (childhood education), Megan Wegel (nursing), Gwen Woodsit (undeclared).
