Northborough, Mass. - The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association released the All-Region teams for 2025. Seniors
Megan Rugolo and
Carly Howell were both selected to the Second Team.
Rugolo was named the ECC's Most Outstanding Player of the Tournament after putting up a career-high nine points that included eight goals to help the Lions win the program's first-ever championship. Playing in all 19 contests, the attacker totaled three or more goals in 12 games and three or more points in 15. She was also a threat on the draw, totaling five or more in nine games. The senior, who was also named All-ECC First Team, earned her second All-Region nod.
Howell's first All-Region selection comes after an All-ECC First Team selection in 2025. The defender appeared in all 19 contests and had seven games of three or more ground balls and eight with three or more caused turnovers. The senior became the all-time program leader in caused turnovers, graduating with 111 total in her career.
