Kansas City, Mo. - The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) released its 2023-24 academic awards, the Team Academic Excellence Award and the NABC Honors Court. Molloy's men's basketball program was recognized with the Team Academic Excellence Award, bestowed upon a team that achieved a GPA of 3.0 or higher this academic year. 

In addition, eight members of the cardinal and white were named to the NABC Honors Court, recognizing junior, senior, and graduate student-athletes with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher. Representing the Lions on the NABC Honors Court were: Mick Browne (economics), Bobby Conors (business management), Terence Crowley (entertainment and sports management), Sey Dieng (management), Dimitri Garrett (criminal justice), Matt Lane (accounting), Billy Reyes (accounting), and Jalen Rosemond (business management).
