Box Score Lafayette Hill, Pa. - The men's lacrosse team fell to the Griffins of Chestnut Hill College this evening, 11-7, from Victory Field. Molloy dropped to 3-5 on the season while Chestnut Hill improved to 1-3.

How it Happened

• The teams were tied 1-1 after 15 minutes of play with Tommy Corcoron scoring for the Lions.
• Chestnut Hill started the second quater with three-straight goals before Brian Green, Chris Delaney, and Michael McClain each found the back of the net to make the contest 4-4. 
• Delaney would add one more goal in the second quarter, but the home team would lead 6-5 at the halftime break.
• Two goals from the Griffins increased the lead to three before Justin Palulis broke the streak for the Lions.
• Noah Hammond would score three goals in the final 16 minutes of the contest, broken up only by an unassisted goal from Konrad Maciejny.

Top Performances

• Delaney (two goals) and Noah Taylor (two assists) led with two points.
• Green, Palulis, McClain, Maciejny, Corcoron, Bryan Diliberto and Adam Hyman each tallied one point.
• Brandon Pazienza went 12-of-22 on face-offs and led with seven ground balls. 
• Jaden McLeod and Josh Sutherland each picked up four ground balls with Denver Tveter and Corcoron adding three each.
• McLeod, Tveter, and Eric Schiller each forced a turnover.
• Christian Michaels made nine stops in net.
