The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association released the 2026 Division II All-American selections, and Molloy men's lacrosse had a program-record nine student-athletes receive the distinguished honor.
Leading the way for the Lions were All-American Second Team selections
Brian Green and
Aiden Dinnigan. Green tallied 59 points on 39 goals and 20 assists in 2026, adding 28 ground balls and five caused turnovers. He was previously recognized as a First Team All-North Region as well as the East Coast Conference Offensive Player of the Year and an All-Conference First Team selection. The senior was also selected as an All-American Second Team selection a season ago. Dinnigan also earns his second-straight All-American nod, earning a spot on the Honorable Mention squad in 2025. This season, he picked up 47 ground balls and forced 32 turnovers, helping him to a USILA First Team All-North selection on top of a spot on the All-ECC First Team.
John Basile,
Thomas Kofod, and
Noah Hammon were each tabbed Third Team All-Americans. Basile ended the season ranked 10th in the nation with a, 8.78 goals-against average and 14th nationally with a save percentage of .572. Along the way he added 41 ground balls and 12 caused turnovers. His performance this season landed him the ECC Goalkeeper of the Year and All-ECC First Team as well as an All-North Second Team selection. 2026 marks Kofod's second-straight All-American selection, being named Honorable Mention a season ago. This year, he totaled a team-leading 36 caused turnovers to go with 57 ground balls and five points on three goals and two assists. Starting the year as the ECC Preseason Defensive Player of the Year, he wrapped up with the Defensive Player of the Year honors along with an All-ECC Second Team selection for the fourth-straight season and a USILA All-North Second Team nod. Hammon led the team with 72 points on 46 goals and 26 assists, including three game-winning goals, to go with 35 ground balls and seven caused turnovers. Hammon received the Most Outstanding Player of the ECC Tournament honor as well as being named All-ECC Second Team and All-North Region Second Team.
Rounding out the All-Americans were Honorable Mentions
Brandon Pazienza,
Tommy Corcoran,
Rocco Hogan and
Shawn McCabe. Pazienza, previously selected All-ECC First Team and All-North Third Team, ended the season with a .613 face-off win percentage, winning over 200 on the season. He also topped the team with 126 ground balls and added seven points on five goals and two assists. Corcoran tallied a stat line of 52 points on 27 goals and 25 assists as well as 34 ground balls and five caused turnovers. He was also selected All-ECC First Team and All-North Second Team. 2026 marks Hogan's second-straight All-America Honorable Mention nod and was selected All-ECC First Team. This season, the short-stick defensive midfielder matched a career-best seven caused turnovers while adding 31 ground balls and two points on a goal and an assist. McCabe previously earned All-ECC Second Team and All-North Region Third Team. In 2026, the defenseman totaled 40 ground balls and 33 caused turnovers as well as an assist.
In addition to the nine All-Americans, the program also had 11 All-Region selections rounded out by
Jake Taylor and
Liam Taylor. Jake. Taylor, who topped the the team with 29 assists, totaled 53 points to go with 25 ground balls and 13 caused turnovers. He was named to the All-North Honorable Mention.
Liam Taylor was previously selected as an All-ECC Second Team and was an All-North Region Honorable Mention, totaling 43 ground balls, 20 caused turnovers, and five goals.
The recognitions come after a standout season from the Lions that saw a program-record 16 wins, an East Coast Conference Championship, and concluded as a National Semifinalist.
