College Sports Communicators released the 2025-2026 Academic All-District selections for its at large programs. The recognition is given to student-athletes who have excelled both in competition and in the classroom. Students that have reached at least sophomore status with a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 that have met sport-specific nomination criteria are considered. The at large program is available for championship sports including men's lacrosse, women's bowling, field hockey, and women's lacrosse.

Basile was selected to advance to the All-American ballot as one of approximately 100 males across the nation, one of 12 from the East Region and the lone representative from the East Coast Conference in consideration. The All-Americans will be announced on July 8.
