Rochester, N.Y. - The men's soccer team was downed 2-0 by Roberts Wesleyan University. Molloy sits at 5-6-4 on the season and 3-1-3 in East Coast Conference play while Roberts improves to 7-6-1 (5-3 ECC).

How it Happened

• Each team was active from the first whistle. Freshman keeper Callum Hunt stopped a shot in the third minute before freshman Charlie Morgan had his attempt saved in the sixth minute.
• Roberts Wesleyan would get on the board in the 15th minute as Jack Hopson scored on a feed from Benjamin Lazcano Barros.
• The Lions forced goalie Eric Jewson to make three stops in the remainder of the first half, but were unable to sneak one past him.
• Michal Cornfield doubled the lead for the home team in the 77th minute, sealing the victory for RWU.

Top Performances

• Sophomore Steph Maurice led all players with seven shots, three of which were on goal.
• Morgan and freshman Brennan Murphy each recorded three shots.
• Hunt made five stops in net.
