The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association released its annual academic awards, the Academic Team Awards and Scholar-All Americans, both presented by Blatant Lacrosse. 

The men's lacrosse program was recognized with an Academic Team Award, given to programs with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Molloy was one of just 22 programs with the distinction. Individually, senior Edward McCann IV was highlighted as a Division II Academic Scholar All-American. To be considered, student-athletes must be a senior academically, have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, and have been recognized for on the field contributions over the course of the season. McCann was previously named All-East Coast Conference First Team, USILA All-Region Third Team, and an Honorable Mention All-American from the USILA.
