West Babylon, N.Y. – The East Coast Conference released its 2023 softball All-Conference teams this afternoon, with eight members of the cardinal and white being recognized.
Molloy's selections were highlighted by senior
Steph Conrade and junior
Chrissie Huhn being named to the First Team.
Conrade earns her second-straight First Team nod as an outfielder. The center fielder has started every game for the Lions, averaging a team-leading .337 at the plate to go with 29-of 32 stolen bases. The senior has tallied 59 hits, two doubles, and one triple and has driven in 22 runs.
Huhn receives her third-straight All-Conference nod and her second First Team selection. The designated player is averaging .312 with 39 hits, four doubles, one triple, one home run and 12 stolen bases.
Sophomore

Amanda King were named to the Second Team.
Dusharme's first All-Conference nod comes in a season where the catcher is averaging .295 at the plate on 26 hits, seven hours, and one home run while driving in 18.
Eaton is named to the Second Team for the second time in her career with the Lions. The second baseman is averaging .294 with 42 hits (tied for second on the team), 10 doubles, one home run, and 18 RBIs.
McGurk has had a stellar rookie campaign, appearing in nearly every game at shortstop. The freshman is second on the team with a .313 average and has 35 hits, two doubles, two triples, two home runs, and 21 RBI.
In her debut with the team, Macias is leading the staff with a 2.40 ERA and a 12-6 record. The junior has tossed 137 innings, including 14 complete games, and has struck out 68 batters.
Burns earns her second-straight All-Conference nod. The left fielder leads the team eight home runs and four sacrifice flies to go with 37 hits, six doubles, one triple, 10 walks, 12 stolen bases, and a batting average of .301.
King's first All-Conference selection comes in her final season with the Lions. A threat both offensively and defensively, the utility pitcher is averaging .304 with a team-leading 16 walks to go with 42 hits, 12 doubles, one triple, three home runs, and 21 RBI. In the circle, she has a 3.30 ERA to go with 65 strikeouts, 12 complete games, and a 12-10 record.
