Faith Rousseau was named ECC Field Athlete of the Week, which was announced by the league on Monday. Seniors

Chrissie Huhn earned spots on the Weekly Honor Roll.
Amorison earns her second Rookie of the Week nomination of the season. In a 1-1 week for women's lacrosse, the freshman netted three goals and dished out one assist against No. 18 New Haven, and tallied two goals and one assist in the win against D'Youville to total seven points on the week.
Michaels tallies Rookie of the Week honors for the second consecutive week and third of the 2022 campaign. The Smithtown native made 18 saves against Chestnut Hill, and followed with 15 saves against No. 5 Mercy. Michaels made 33 saves this week, which brings his total to 140 on the season good for first in the East Coast Conference.
Rousseau was named Field Athlete of the Week after the first outdoor event for track and field team. The freshman finished first in the Javelin at the Stockton Invite on Saturday setting a school record with a throw of 34.35m. The Seymour, Connecticut native placed second in the High Jump with a leap of 1.55m.
In a 5-1 week for softball, Huhn and Burns were catalysts atop the Lions lineup. Leading off, Huhn put together four multi-hit games, batted .550 with 11 hits, eight runs scored, three RBIs, and four stolen bases. Hitting behind Huhn, Burns reached base in all six games played, hit .474 with nine hits, two home runs, six RBIs, four runs scored and one stolen base.
For the third straight week Weber earned a spot on the Honor Roll. The junior tallied five goals against New Haven and netted three goals in the win over D'Youville. To cap the week, Weber netted eight goals on 16 shots.
At the Stockton Invite, Fitzsimmons started the spring season with a first-place finish in the 800-meter running a time of 2:00.99. As an encore, the senior placed fourth in the 1,500-meter crossing the line in 4:15.99.
In her first event sporting the maroon and white, Piller finished second in the 400-meter running a time of 1:01.42. The junior was a part of the 4x800 team that placed second with a time of 10:55.35, and competed with the 4x100 team that finished first crossing the line in 50.09.
