Rockville Centre, N.Y. - The volleyball team returned to the court at Quealy Gymnasium this evening with a 3-0 victory over the Tigers of Holy Family University. The win brings Molloy to 11-8 on the season, including a 6-2 record in Rockville Centre, while HFU is now 13-11 on the campaign.

How it Happened
- The Lions started off strong, taking six of the first eight points, including an ace and a kill from sophomore Alex Brown, an ace from freshman Aria Miller, and kills from juniors Colleen Moulder and Kiarra Roth.
- Holy Family would come within two, 6-4, but 11 kills down the stretch would help Molloy to the 25-17 set victory.
- The home team's stretch continued into the start of the second set, taking a 7-1 lead on three kills from freshman Kaitlin Jordan, two kills from Roth, and another ace from Brown.
- Molloy was in front, 19-13, when a five-point stretch, including three-straight aces, from the Tigers brought the game within one, 19-18. Holy Family would tie the contest at 21 before taking its second lead of the evening, 22-21.
- The score would be tied three more times before kills from Moulder and Roth sealed the second set for the Lions, 26-24.
- Strong serving from Miller continued into the third set, putting up three aces en route to a 7-2 lead for Molloy.
- The visitors would come within five, 11-6, but the Lions' offense continued to fire and opened the game up to a 22-9 lead before easily sealing the match to earn the team's 11th win of the season.

- Moulder attacked at a .727 clip, putting down eight kills on 11 attempts.
- Roth led the squad with 13 kills, her eighth double-digit performance this season and fourth game in a row with 13 kills.
- Jordan rounded out Molloy's scoring with seven kills and led with two blocks.
- Freshman Canyen Rodriguez had 23 assists, eight digs, and one kill.
- Miller tallied a career-high six aces to go with 19 digs.
- Brown added four aces and seven digs while junior Kathleen Doherty had seven digs and two aces.
