Rockville Centre, N.Y. - The volleyball team concluded the regular season this afternoon at Quealy Gymnasium, picking up a 3-0 victory over Queens College to improve to 12-13 (7-5 East Coast Conference) on the season. Molloy will be seeded fourth in the upcoming Conference Championship and will face top-seeded and host, Daemen College.

How it Happened
- Molloy fell behind, 7-2, to start the first set. After trailing by as many as six points, the home team fired off six in a row to tie the game, 10-10.
- Queens retook the lead, but Molloy would tied the contest three more times, including as late as 23-23.
- The Lions took three of the final four points of the set to take a 1-0 lead.
- A run of six points early in the second set gave the maroon and white a 10-7 advantage.
- The Knights would go in front, 15-13, but Molloy took 10 of the next 12 points to ahead 23-17 before eventually taking the set.
- The Lions pulled in front 8-2 to open the third set, a lead Queens would be unable to overcome.
Top Performances
- Molloy was led by 13 kills from Cruz, who also added six digs. Sophomore Colleen Moulder added 10 bills and four blocks.
- Akouri Tejedor tallied 28 assists, 11 digs, six kills, and two aces.
- Sophomore Kathleen Doherty led with 13 digs.
- Rescigno, Morgan, and junior Nicole Wagner each also dished out two aces.

Molloy will face Daemen College on Friday (Nov. 19) at Lumsden Gymnasium. The time is to be announced.
