Nick Corbett became the fourth person in the league's history to top 2000 points while also becoming Molloy's leading scorer, topping John Petrucelli's standing record of 2011 points.
How it Happened
- The maroon and white took a five-point lead after a 6-0 run, 12-7, with 14 minutes left to play in the opening half.
- The Bears regained the lead, 17-16, 33 seconds later.
- The score would be knotted three times through the next eight minutes, with the teams finding themselves knotted, 22-22, with just under six minutes left to play.
- New York Tech led, 28-23, with 3:27 on the clock following a six-point run.
- Sophomore Frankie Phelan hit a jumper in the final seconds of the half to bring Molloy within three, 32-29, at the break.
- The visitors increased its lead to nine, 44-35, in the first eight minutes of the second half.

- Back-to-back three-pointers from Corbett reestablished the lead for Molloy, 56-51, with six and a half minutes on the clock.

- Corbett netted 25 points while adding three rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal.
- Kelly tallied 12 points on the back of a 7-of-7 performance from the foul line while adding four rebounds.
