Kayla Dillman joined the women's volleyball coaching staff ahead of the 2019 season.
In her first season with the Lions, the team had a dominant 28-5 record, going 10-0 in East Coast Conference play, becoming the first team since the 2014 season to go undefeated in ECC competition. The Lions then won both the ECC Championship and the NCAA East Regional Championship on their own court, earning a spot among the top eight programs in the country at the NCAA Division II National Championship Tournament.
Prior to Molloy, Dillman spent three seasons as an assistant with local Adelphi University, helping guide the Panthers to two NCAA Division II East Regional Tournaments.
As a student-athlete at Dowling College, Dillman totaled 4,055 assists, winning the 2014 ECC Setter of the Year award.
