Akouri-Tejedor joined the coaching staff prior to the 2022 season.
 
A three-year member of the Molloy volleyball program spanning the COVID-19 pandemic, Akouri-Tejedor was part of the 2019 team that won the East Regional Championship. In her time as a Lion, she earned All-ECC Second Team honors while collecting 736 assists, 127 kills, and finished in the top-100 in Division II in aces per set (8.18).
