Simpkins joined the sprint football staff ahead of the 2026 campaign.

A graduate of New Hyde Park Memorial High School, Simpkins brings a wealth of talent and experience to Molloy University with over 45 years of coaching football. He began his coaching career at Nassau Community College, where he was the running back coach before landing stints at Iona and Arkansas State. Simpkins most recently was the Head Football Coach at Manhasset and Chaminade High School.
