Michael Dombo has worked as a member of the men’s and women’s soccer coaching staffs for the past 13 seasons, beginning in 2008.
While a member of the men’s and women’s coaching staffs, Dombo has helped guide the Lions to a combined 124 wins and 60 All-Conference selections and an NCAA Tournament appearance for the men's team in 2008.
His history at Molloy, however, extends back even further than that. While earning a bachelor of science in Interdisciplinary Studies in Biology and Business, Dombo was a four-year member of the men’s soccer and cross country teams and served as a student athletic trainer for three years.
After earning a master’s in Exercise Physiology from Loughborough University in England, he returned home to Molloy as a member of the athletic training staff, eventually becoming an assistant coach.
The Lynbrook native also currently works as a firefighter with the Fire Department of New York.
