2024:
  • Placed seventh at the Adelphi Panthers XC Invite (Sept. 6) with a time of 26:29.4, topping all ECC runners and earning him ECC Runner of the Week.
  • Finished eighth with an 8k time of 27:13.6 at the Golden Eagle Invite (Sept. 21).
  • Ran a season-best 8k of 26:45.2 at the Paul Short Run (Oct. 5).
  • Set a career-best 8k time of 26:14.2 at the NJIY Highlander XC Challenge (Oct. 12), placing 14th overall.
  • Set a personal-best 10k time at the NCAA East Regional Championship (Nov. 9) of 33:45.9.
  • Named to ECC Weekly Honor Roll Sept. 17, Sept. 23, and Oct. 8.
2023:
  • Ran a season-best 26:35.9 at the NJIT Highlander Challenge (Oct. 7), finishing 20th.
  • Set a personal-best 10k time of 34:05.6 at the NCAA East Regional Championship (Nov. 4).

2022:
  • Placed 12th at the Adelphi Panthers XC Invitational crossing the line in 27:26.2.
  • Finished 28th at the Kutztown DII/DIII Challenge (Sept. 16) with a time of 27:59.4.
  • Ran a PR 26:15 at the NJIT Highlander XC Challenge (Oct. 8) to finish 10th. 
  • Competed at the East Coast Conference Championship (Nov. 5) crossing the line in 27:18.8 to place 8th.
  • Ran a 10k time of 33:41.80, good for 38th overall at the NCAA Regional (Nov. 19).

2021:
  • Placed 28th in first collegiate race at the Adelphi Invitational (Sept. 3) running a 27.54.7.
  • Finished 33rd at the Fordham Fiasco (Sept. 11) crossing the line in 28.57.3.
  • Ran a personal record 27:00.0 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (Oct. 1).
  • Placed sixth at the St. Joseph's College Invitational (Oct. 16) running a 28:48.3.
  • Competed at the East Coast Conference Championship (Oct. 23) crossing the line in 27:15.1 to place 15th.
Prior to Molloy: Ran three years of cross country, four years of track and field, and one year of soccer at Island Trees...Was a member of the 4x800 that won the Spring Championship in 2019...Named All-County eight times.
