2024:
  • Set a personal-best 8k time of 29:28.8 at the Golden Eagle Invitational (Sept. 21), finishing in 37th-place and helping Molloy finish second in the meet.


2023:
  • Ran a season-best 8k time of 30:02.6 at the NJIT Highlander Challenge (Oct. 7).
  • Had a personal-best 10k time of 37:02.6 at the NCAA East Regional Championship (Nov. 4).

2022:
  • Participated at the Kutztown DII/DIII Challenge (Sept. 16) running a time of 34:21.1.
  • Ran a season-best 31:23.0 at the NJIT Highlander XC Challenge (Oct. 8).
  • Completed the East Coast Conference Championship (Nov. 5) with a time of 32:01.1.

Prior to Molloy: Four-year member of the cross country and track and field teams at Eastport South Manor...Won the Cross Country Division Championship each of those four seasons.
