2024-25:
  • Ran to a personal-best in the 600-meter at the Youree Spence-Garcia Invitational (Dec. 7), starting the season with a time of 1:32.91.
  • Set a personal-best in the 1000-meter at the NYC Gotham Cup (Jan. 17) with a time of 3:07.25.
  • Recorded a new personal-best in the 800-meter at the Terrier Invite (Feb. 1), running the race in 2:22.46.
  • Claimed the program-record in the 1000-meter with a time of 3:01.54 at the Big Apple Invite (Feb. 8), finishing in sixth-place.
  • Placed third in the 1000-meter at the ECC Indoor Championship (Feb. 16) with an All-ECC Second Team time of 3:04.83.
  • Member of the record-setting distance medley relay team at the Fastrack Last Chance meet (Feb. 28), running a time of 13:05.86.
  • Set a personal-best in the 1500-meter at the Ursinus Festival (Apr. 5) with a time of 5:02.92.
  • Set a Molloy record as part of the 4x800-meter team at the Rider Invitational (Apr. 19) with a time of 9:57.82; also ran a personal-best in the 800-meter at 2:20.49.
  • Broke the record at the ECC Outdoor Championship (May 1) with a 4x800-meter time of 9:56.57.
2023-24:
  • Ran a personal-best in the 1000-meter (3:07.71) at the Terrier Classic (Jan. 26).
  • Ran a personal-best in the 800-meter (2:25.64) at the Ramapo Invitational (Mar. 29).
  • Member of the 4x400 relay team that finished second at the ECC Outdoor Championship (May 2) with a time of 4:18.29, earning All-ECC Second Team. 
2022-23:
  • Ran to a 3:21.93 time in the 1000-meter at the Beacon Invite (Dec. 10), finishing 15th.
  • Placed 28th in the mile at the Wagner Invite (Jan. 6) with a time of 5:58.70.
  • Placed 16th in the 300-meter with a time of 47.09 at the MLK Tribute Invite (Jan. 16).
  • Part of the DMR program-record time of 13:07.32, set at the ECC Championships (Feb. 19), earning All-ECC Second Team selection.
  • Ran a personal-best 5:14.44 in the 1500-meter at the Ursinus Invite (Mar. 25).
  • Member of 4x800-meter relay team at the Ramapo Invite (Apr. 1) with a time of 10:11.57.
2021-22:
  • Finished 2nd in the 4x400-meter relay at the ECC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 8), with a time of 10:17.64.
  • Finished 5th in the 800-meter with a personal-record time of 2:25.85 at the TCNJ Invitational (April 2).
  • Placed 4th in the 1000-meter at the ECC Indoor Track & Field Indoor Championships (Feb. 26), with a personal-record time of 3:09.01.
  • Placed 4th in the 4x400 at the Ramapo College Track & Field Opener (Jan. 21), with a time of 4:20.71.
  • Ran a personal-record 2:30.87 and finished 6th in the 800-meter at the Wagner Invitational (Jan. 7)
Prior to Molloy: Ran two years of Cross Country, three years of winter track, and four years of spring track at East Meadow High School...Earned All-County honors in cross country twice...A three-time all county selection in Spring Track.
